Willow Way Wellness provides workshops, training, and private sessions in applied knowledge for healing the land and healing our bodies, and understanding the connection between them.

The common thread in all of these offerings is that they help us shift our way of being in the world so that we sense and are sensitive to the living world around us. Thus, enabling us to integrate the information coming to us-both from our bodies and the earth-and respond with contributions toward a healthy, harmonious balance with all beings.

Tea Social: FARM TOUR & SPRING EQUINOX
Saturday, March 17

First Farm tour: 1:00-2:30 pm Emphasis on low-cost effective season-extension strategies for our high, dry climate.
Second Farm tour: 4:00-5:30 pm
Farm Tour Discussion: What is Permaculture? How is it different from Biodynamics? ideas for integrating these methods.
Overview the Willow Way Permaculture Design Courses in Boulder May, June, July and Durango area June, July, August.
Willow Way herb teas will be served.
5:30-6:30 Spring Equinox Medicine Wheel Ritual Dance
This is a walking & singing meditation.
Bring grain or flowers to offer to the Spirit of Spring and Mama Gaia.
6:30-7:30 Potluck Dinner. Bring something yummy.
7:30 Acoustic Music/ Poetry/ Dancing in the Studio.

Tea Social: GARDENING KNOW-HOW FOR SPRING

Gardening in our high & dry climate can be tricky. Tips for season extension strategies, when & how to plant to keep your production high. Guidelines for low-cost cold-frames & hoop houses with carbon-free heat sources, hot compost & worm compost, seedling mix, make your own fertilizer with weed teas & bio-brews your seedlings will love! Tea Social: HERB WALK AT WILLOW WAY AND BREWING HERBAL POTIONS
April 7, 1-3 pm The perennial herbs are starting to show themselves at this time of year, and the new seedlings are
just beginning to be recognizable. All the better to know them by, to observe carefully at every stage of their growth. We will make a batch of the salve and skin food that are part of our herbal CSA shares. $10. for materials.
