Pakarinka Center is dedicated to preserving the indigenous traditions of the Kichwa-speaking people through spiritual traditions, agriculture, language, music and art. We are an Otavalan indian family offering support to local families in our community of Agato, near Otavalo by active partnership in these traditions. Everybody Eats! promotes local, sustainable, organic agriculture. Based in Boulder, Colorado, our mission is to help create a sustainable and secure local food system.
They are doing this via their Farmer Cultivation Center farm incubator project. This project nurtures new farmers in Boulder County by providing a hands-on and classroom apprenticeship followed by business development and startup assistance.More Info
